Prior to employment, all perspective employees are required to successfully complete a rigorous 8-step screening and hiring process inclusive of a background and reference screening verification check. Typically, 1 out of 10 applicants successfully complete the entire process.
APG’s Certified Training Academy is our professionally designed and executed approach to training that offers employees a variety of quality learning and development programs. Our specialized training prepares Security Officers and Supervisors to secure our clients’ most critical assets. In addition to 24 hours of Basic Security Officer Training, APG Security Officers must successfully complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)™ and Security Officer Customer Service (SOCS)™.
At APG, we have developed a performance dashboard that will allow our client’s rate APG’s performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing 25 performance indicators. We report results regulatory for meeting client service expectations and contract requirements.
